Maar een technische storing vertraagde het muntproces, wat betekende dat een aantal transacties mislukte waardoor kopers vastzaten met hoge gaskosten en niets om ervoor te laten zien.
Adidas heeft zijn excuses aangeboden en beloofd dat de benzinekosten worden terugbetaald.
Het hield de aandelen maandag echter niet tegen met meer dan 3% te laten dalen.
